We talk to Tehachapi Cerro Coso campus student Kristin Rodriguez, Cerro Coso Foundation Board member Kimberly Wade and Lauren Falk who talk to us about the foundations Promise Scholarship Program among other things. Kristen is an impressive student who went through the dual enrollment program at Cerro Coso College and TUSD (taking college classes while in high school).
