Andrew Norton and Don Marsh join the TehachaPod crew to talk about capital projects under way, in the planning process and that have just wrapped up in the City of Tehachapi. We talk about all of the planning that is involved, and why its critical that the different departments within the city communicate with each other to make the best project possible.
