Cynthia Zimmer the District Attorney from Kern County came to Tehachapi to talk to the TehachaPod crew about crime in Kern County and how it relates to our community. She explains the challenges faced during the pandemic and how her office led all California counties with felony prosecutions. She talks about the working relationship between the DA's office and law enforcement and how important it is to remain impartial and focus on justice. We cover crime trends in Kern County and locally and we also talk a little about the difference between Kern County and neighboring counties.
